- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-14-Q-0277 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73, Defense Circular Number 20140528, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2014-0421. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. This procurement is being issued as full and open. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001: 1 Lot - Medical Training - Critical Care Transport Skills Sustainment Training in accordance with attached statement of work. Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1PT5A - 48RQS, 4625 S. Phoenix St. Bldg. 4843, DMAFB, Tucson, AZ. 85707. The shipment should be marked for 1Lt Ryan Castonia.
