Description

Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, SC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Philips Corporation, 7390 Coca Cola Drive, Suite 200, Hanover, MD under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This requirement is for a 2 day training on a Haas CNC 201 Milling Machine at CLC-23, Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort SC. Philips Corporation is the manufacturer of the machine. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote ( M60169-14-T-C022 ) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE ( PROPOSALS OR QUOTES ). Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 11:00 A M EDST, 17 June 2014, via facsimile or email.
