- Photos regarding painting parking stripes SOW Clauses and provisions, including evaluation criteria, last page. Amendment 03. Please acknowledge this amendment. Provide re-paving, sealing and parking lot striping services to asphalt and parking areas at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, in Wapato, WA. Approximately 3,500 linear feet require crack sealing; 75,500 linear feet require seal coating and re-striping is needed throughout the area. A complete soliciation, drawing, photo, clauses & provisions and General Decision will be posted no later than 01 June 2014. A site visit is highly recommended and currently scheduled for June 10, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. The solicitation document: SF-18, clauses and provisioins, statement of work including drawing and aerial photograph, and General Decision are all attached. Amendment 01 is posted. Statement of work contains additional desciption. Amendment 02 is posted. Requirement of a work plan with your quote is added. QUOTE DUE DATE IS POSTPONED UNTIL JUNE 24th. ANTICIPATE AMENDMENT 03. Amendment 03 is posted. Provide your intended work product with your proposal. Access hours to the site are extended. Period of performance is shortened to 30 days. Photos of painted parking stripes area are provided. Other corrections are viewable in the attachments.
