- SF 1442 Part 2 of 2 SF 1442 Part 1 of 2 Attachment 7 Wage Determination Supplemental Specifications Attachment 5 Sketches Attachment 4 Drawings Attachment 3 Map Attachment 2 Statement of Work Attachment 1 Schedule of Items AMENDMENT 2CHANGES: 1) Amend start date, start date dependent upon stream flow levels. 2) Changes to provisions to allow work 7 days a week. 3) Revisions to Attachment 1 Schedule of Items and Attachment 2 Statement of Work. Jenny Creek Instream and Upland Restoration 2014. This contract is for restoration of a segment of Jenny Creek that has been impacted by motorized use. Work includes channel and stream bank treatments, riparian enhancement and upland restoration. The impacted stream section is approximately one mile in length with approximately 1900-feet of active channel work to be performed. The project is located approximately 2 miles off Rollins Pass Road, 7 miles West of Rollinsville, Colorado. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, utilities, supervision, and management, unless otherwise specified herein, required to provide services outlined in the Scope of Work. All services will be accomplished by use of Contractor furnished and Contractor operated equipment. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: The Government will furnish seed mix for the upland restoration.
