- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Lease of two (2) CAT 325 or equivalent size Long Reach Amphibious Excavators with operator and fully maintained by on-site technician for the entire length of project. Work location to be Pedricktown South Disposal Area, Pedricktown, New Jersey for duration of sixty (60) days, (480 hours) each. Contract to include cost of mobilization & demobilization, fuel, oil, grease, wages & fringes, room & board, assembly, disassembly, and all related costs of operation for the above stated days
