Statement of Work (SOW) Sole Source Justification The (NSWC IHEODTD) has a requirement for MAINT and Repair of Haas CNC SL-30 Lathe and Haas CNC VF-3 machines. This award is a firm fixed Price Purchase Order. This is a sole source requirement under the authority of 10USC 2304 ( C ) ( 1 ).
