- Solicitation for NSN 5905-01-455-1428 / PR 0052911633, Northrop Grumman Systems part number 74-580144-109, Boeing Company part number 184AD, and Rosemount Aerospace Inc part number 184AD, Resistor, Thermal. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. Configuration Control also applies. The only approved sources for this item are Northrop Grumman Systems (CAGE 76823), Boeing Company (CAGE 0PXV4), and Rosemount Aerospace Inc (CAGE 60678). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 164 each. The required delivery schedule is 688 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection and acceptance at origin. PPIRS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading.
