Description

This acquisition shall be a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Small Businesses (SDVOSB) in accordance with Public Law 109-461. IAW VAAR 819.7003, offerors must be Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) verified SDVOSB's at the time of offer, and prior to award. Bids are to be requested and shall only be accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). Solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) (FedBizOpps) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available on FBO. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Projected Task Order Requirements Include: The scope of this project is to provide for the planting and irrigation associated with the courtyard area located at the existing building 105 on the VA Palo Alto medical facility. Contractor shall provide all material and labor to completely prepare site for construction operations, and furnish all labor, equipment and materials and perform work for the installation of landscape items as required by the drawings and specifications. Work includes demolition / removal of existing soil, debris, and miscellaneous items, and installation of new landscape materials and irrigation as specified in the construction documents (Specifications and Drawings). IAW VAAR 836.204: The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
