- 2014 Ninemile Springs Fuels Treatment - The purpose of the Ninemile Springs Fuels Treatment project is to reduce fuel loading and extreme fire danger that exist within the Downey Municipal Watershed, as well as improve Doug Fir/Aspen stand health, and wildlife habitat. The Contractor shall furnish labor, tools, materials, supervision, supplies, and incidentals; and perform all work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Statement of Work. The project is located 4 miles east of the town of Downey, Idaho. Performance period is 30 calendar days. Approximate start date is July 28, 2014. This solicitation is Set-Aside for Small Business. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about July 2, 2014 and vendors interested in this requirement should register their interest at www.FedConnect.net in order to receive information and updates regarding this requirement. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 115310 with a small business size standard of 17.5 Million.
