The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Service Centers Division, Contract Services Branch (6PQCA), 1500 E. Bannister Road, Room 2101, Kansas City, Missouri 64131 is seeking SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS, WOMAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES, ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGE WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES, CERTIFIED 8(A) BUSINESSES, AND SBA CERTIFIED HUBZONE BUSINESSES ONLY who believe they can perform Operations and Mechanical Maintenance Services at the Robert V. Denney Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 111 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, NE. Attached is a draft scope of work for your reference. Please read the document and submit a completed Sources Sought Questionnaire Form to me (via email at Christy.pearce@gsa.gov if this is a procurement you would be interested in bidding. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED AT THIS TIME. Please respond no later than 5:00 CST, Wednesday, July 2, 2014.
