- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Armed Forces Career Center- NEW JANITORIAL SERVICES at Westmoreland Mall, 5256 Route 30, Space 278, Greensburg, PA for the period 1 July 2014 thru 31 March 2015. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request for quotations bid package. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
