Description
The Army Logistics Readiness Center (LRC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, in support of Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 1, is considering soliciting a requirement for WIN-T Inc 1 B16, Spares and Repair of Spares, under NAICS 334220. The anticipated issue date for the Solicitation is 30 June 2014 with a closing date of 30 July 2014, no later than 5:00 P.M. The Government intends to evaluate offers and make award without discussions; however, this does not preclude the Government from having discussion if it is in the best interest of the Government to do so. If issued, the new effort would be solicited as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract against which the Government may place orders for spares (new procurements) with a production lead time from 60-180 days and repair of spares using range quantity pricing. Potential offerors with the intent of responding to the Solicitation will have 10 days after the issuance of the solicitation to request access to the AMRDEC website to access ITAR technical drawings. No exporting of items will be required. ITAR requirement is for offerors to access export marked drawings/Technical Manuals Only. A copy of the requestor's current passport will serve as documentation for U.S. citizenship and a copy of the quote mark Entity Overview quote mark page in the System for Award Management (SAM) of the requestor's corporation will service as proof of U.S. Corporation. Once the documentation is verified and approved for access, the requestor will receive an email with a password to the drawings. The Government will award an IDIQ contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose technically acceptable offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price (LPTA- lowest price technically acceptable). The period of performance (POP) for this requirement will be for a total period of three base years from date of award. Shipping for new procurements and repairs will be FOB Destination to New Cumberland Army Depot (NCAD).
