- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the repair of Building 04. Work includes interior architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical demolition, installation of new architectural finishes, office and conference room furniture, supply water line, electrical power and associated wiring. The work shall be performed by a general contractor which has five years of experience in the type of work to be performed. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 90 days with onsite performance period of 49 days beginning on day 41 after the Notice to Proceed. The approximate cost of this project is between $50,000 and $200,000. This work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in the City of St. Louis.
