- The 934th Airlift Wing (AFRC) is be soliciting for Project #QJKL 14-0013, Repair Mooring/Grounding Points located on aircraft parking apron, Minneapolis-St.Paul ARS. Work to be performed within NAICS code: 237310 size standard $33.5M. Work to include: Furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation & supervision to cut out and demolish existing concrete pavement as needed. Furnish and install aircraft mooring and grounding points at several aircraft parking spaces on the aircraft parking apron as per the Technical Specifications dated May 2014, drawings, contract clauses and wage determination. Location will be at Aircraft Parking Apron, at the Minneapolis-St Paul Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis MN as shown on the drawings. Performance period is 60 days. The entire solicitation will be posted at the FBO website https://www.fbo.gov Telephone requests for plans will not be honored. Plans and specifications will also be available for examination without charge at the Contracting Office upon coordination with Anthony Misenor (612) 713-1426, Anthony.Misenor.1@us.af.mil All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible to receive award http://www.sam.gov and have completed the "On-line Representations and Certifications" within that registration. Vendors should sign up on this web site in the "Interested Vendor List (IVL)" tab to view, and sign up to "watch" the opportunity to receive notices. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this web site frequently for any updates/amendments to the solicitation. An organized Site Visit is scheduled for July 8th 2014, 10:00am, see Section L. Potential bidders - prime contractors, subcontractors and/or suppliers may attend the site visit upon written advance notification to the assigned Contract Specialist, see FAR Clause 52.236-27. All responsible sources may submit a quote by the date & time specified in the solicitation. No late proposals will be accepted NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under the contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation before or after bid opening/RFP closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the government.
