Description

Extended Maintenance Contract for CCT-120 Solicitation N00421-14-T-0372 is issued as intent to Sole Source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with Rockwell Collins Satellite Communications Systems, Inc., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Rockwell Collins is the Original Equipment Manufacturer for CCT-120 KU Systems, Model 822-3052-01 and the only authorized company who can provide the extended maintenance contract for their products. Please see attached RFQ. Solicitation will close on 25 June 2014 at 0900 EST. The Government will not pay for any information received.
