Description

The purpose of this Amendment is to correct the item description for line item 1. The description shall now read 30" Aluminum 4-Drawer Cart, Auto-Locking. Color: Slate Blue. Custom Drawer Setup 1-3" and 3-9" drawers. Includes customization and associated costs. Additionally, the delivery schedule is changes as follows, page 6. "Deliveries will not be accepted until February 2015" shall now read, "The earliest anticipated delivery date is February 2015, VAPHS shall contact vendor when they can proceed with delivery. No deliveries shall be made and shall not be accepted until VAPHS authorizes delivery with vendor."
