- ONC Draft Statement of Work -- 886363 ONC Request for Information -- 886363 The Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Secretary, Office of the National Coordinator (ONC), through this Request for Information (RFI) seeks information pertaining to a broad range of Health Information Technology (HIT) support services for the ONC, including certification, privacy and security, research and studies support, health analytics and policy support. In addition, this RFI seeks information pertaining to business process improvement, social marketing, and software and website development support. Information is being sought for the following task areas: (1) Business Process Improvement, (2) Communications (Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, Animation, Brochures/Pamphlets, (3) Financial Analysis and Business Solutions, (4) HIT Certification, (5) Strategic, Technical and Policy Support, (6) HIT Research and Studies Support Services, (7) HIT Software and Mobile Application Development, (8) Health Analytics and Policy Support, (9) Technical, Strategic and Logistic Support, (10) Program Management and Technical Support, (11) Leadership Development, (12) Social Marketing, (13) 508 Remediation, (14) Interpreter and Sign Language Services, (15) Website Support Services. The attached RFI and draft Statement of Work outline the information that is being sought from interested parties.
