Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) Biloxi, MS has a requirement for Maintenance and Repair of the Ventana Nexes Special and Ventana Benchmark XT at the Biloxi, Mississippi VA Medical Center. Services may be required 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used and the resulting contract will be firm fixed price. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. A complete description of services and hours of operation will be included in the solicitation, which will be posted on or about June 18, 2014. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 and Product service Code J065. This procurement is for full and open competition. All interested parties are reminded to be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package for the requirement shall be posted on or about June 18, 2014. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
