Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source fixed price with economic adjustment contract to CPP, Inc. The period of performance is a base year plus one option year. This sole source contract is for the following Myers-Briggs Type Indicator © (MBTI) Conflict Avoidance Training Materials: MBTI Practitioner's Field Guide, MBTI Complete Assessment Test, Introduction to Type Booklet, Form M self-scorable MBTI Test and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument Profile and Interpretive Report. The SEC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13. CPP, Inc. is the only known firm that publishes this material. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this requirement, which may or may not be considered by the SEC. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. This is a Notice of Intent, not a solicitation. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
