Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR VA258-14-Q-0599. The solicitation is intended to be issued on or about 7 July 2014 and will remain open for approximately 30 days. The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) is procuring non-personal services to provide dental laboratory services to construct fixed and removable prostheses for eligible veteran beneficiaries. This will be 100% small business set-aside which includes all socio-economic groups in order to qualify. In order to be eligible for award, firms shall be registered and verified in the following website https://www.sam.gov. The NAICS Code is 339116 (Dental Laboratories). The small business size standard for 339116 is $10.0M. The contract duration will be for a period of 5 years (one (1) base year plus four (4) one-year options) from the date of contract award. VA reserves the right to award multiple contracts. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. No bidder list is maintained. All potential offerors should register with Federal Business Opportunities as well as the VA Vendor Portal https://www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov/eVP if interested in this acquisition.
