- RFQ word doc and cover sheet REQUEST FOR QUOTE PROJECT: Motorola Radio and Equipment RFQ CLOSE DATE: 4 :00 P.M. EST ON 27 June 2014 REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE: Sept 30, 2014 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. Solicitation number M00681-14-Q-0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documented and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-74 and DFARS Publication Number (DPN) 20140528. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334200. Small businesses under this NAICS Code are those employing no more than 750 employees. (MC75A6-P3CSWQRAOGR) 3 year extended warranty (SSB-MC7XX-30) (50) Portsmith Cradle Kit's (PSCK-MC75UE) (60) MC75A 1.5X Battery Kit's (BRTY-KT-1R5X-MC7XR) (60) CAC Reader (BT200-T) (60) USB Client Communication Cable (25-68596-01R) Included w/ battery meeting the salient characteristics provided in the attached Statement of Salient Characteristics. In accordance with FAR 52.211-6, this RFQ is for brand name or equal products. If quoting equal items, contractors shall include the specifications and description of the quoted items and how they adhere to salient characteristics. The information shall be presented in a manner that clearly demonstrates how equal items meet the listed salient characteristics. The contractor is encouraged to provide descriptive literature (including pictures, drawings, detailed specifications and sample lay-out) of products to better convey the strengths of the proposed products. The quotation shall clearly demonstrate that the offered supplies meet each of the salient characteristics contained in the solicitation. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION OR PROVIDING INADEQUATE OR UNCLEAR INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN THE ENTIRE QUOTATION BEING EVALUATED AS UNSATISFACTORY AND INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. THE GOVERNMENT MAY AWARD WITHOUT DISCUSSIONS, AND IS NOT OBLIGATED TO SEEK COMPLETION OR CLARIFICATION CONCERNING DESCRIPTIVE LITERATURE, OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION. All responsible sources may submit a response that, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. Contractors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted quotes have been received and are legible.
