- AG-82BH-S-14-0044 - PSICC Facilities Repair and Construction Work IDIQ The Pike and San Isabel National Forests, Cimarron and Comanche Grasslands (PSICC) have a requirement for a Facility Repair and Construction Work IDIQ Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, manpower, transportation, and incidentals to perform work identified in individual Task Orders. Project Locations: Pike National Forest- Park, Clear Creek, Jefferson, Douglas, Teller, and El Paso counties, Colorado. San Isabel National Forest- Lake, Chaffee, Fremont, Saguache, Custer, Pueblo, Huerfano, and Las Animas counties, Colorado. Cimarron National Grassland- Morton and Stevens counties, Kansas Specific work locations will be identified on individual task orders. Project Work The vast majority of work will be located at offices, work centers, and housing units. Some work may be performed at recreation facilities as well, such as campgrounds, picnic grounds, boardwalks and trail bridges, and visitor centers. A significant portion of work covered by this contract(s) could involve renovation of historic facilities, whereby the historic character and architectural appearance of these buildings shall be maintained or restored. Types of work may include, but are not limited to, carpentry (rough and finish), roofing, siding, masonry, plumbing, window replacement, minor electrical and HVAC work, flooring, and other similar work. The intent of this solicitation is to award multiple contracts. Each Contract will have a base year with three one year options. Performance period is 365 calendar days, for the base and each exercised option year. Minimum cumulative (all three years) guarantee $2,500 and a not to exceed value of $990,900. Task orders range between $30,000 and $240,000. Any task order exceeding $30,000 will require applicable payment bonds. Five year total value will not exceed $9,999,900.00. Pre- proposal Conference attendance is Mandatory. Proposals are estimated to be due 30 days after issue of solicitation (actual due date will be listed in the solicitation). Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) IAW FAR 52.204-7. For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs.
