- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, intends to issue a Sole Source award to (HYSECURITY) under the authority of 10U.S.C.2304 (C) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. however, if your company possesses the capabilities to meet the technical requirements/specifications, please provide the following information for consideration: (1) The technical specifications of the product your are proposing; (2) a Quote for the items listed in the RFQ; (3) ownership (i.e. Large, small or other concern). This information is required prior to the closing date and time of the RFQ announcement and should be addressed to the ordering officer Omar Fraser @omar.fraser@navy.mil. The requirement is for HYSECURITY see below. (HYSECURITY) is the sole manufacturer and distributor of this product, and has propietary rights to its products. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and FAR 13; NAICS code 811219. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. **SITE VISIT*** In order to propose a quote, attendance at the site visit is required. The site visit for SPAWAR Atlantic Charleston located at One Innovation Drive, Hanahan, SC 29410 at building 3147 is scheduled for 1:00pm EST on June 30th 2014. Failure to attend the site visit will exclude you from being able to submit a quote. In order to attend the scheduled site visit, all vendors must provide the name of the person attending that is representing the company, their social security number, and their nationality. This information is required to be submitted by June 26, 2014 by 9:00am EST. Failure to submit this information will preclude you from attending the site visit and providing a quote.
