- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for Utility Services. Services will be provided for the USACE Albany field Office. The request is for the sole source purchase of water, electricity, and sewer services for the Albany, Georgia field office. The proposed vendor is Albany Water, Gas, and Light Commission. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Information will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS code is 221122.
