RFI This is not a solicitation. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has identified a need for a user friendly, rules based software application to support enterprise wide analysis and verification of filing fee information in a variety of different formats and database systems. As part of this initiative, the SEC is issuing this RFI to facilitate the identification and preliminary evaluation of industry products and applications. Note: RFI responses will not be shared with other industry suppliers and will be solely used as part of the requirements analysis process. Respondents must review all Appendixes, and submit electronic responses in accordance with the RFI Response Instructions.
