Description

The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System located in Los Angeles, California intends to negotiate a sole source contract with The American Geriatrics Society; 40 Fulton Street, 18th Floor, New York, New York 10038, 212-308-1414 for the purchase of the following items: Geriatrics Evaluation & Management Tools The government plans to make an award for this requirement to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 41 U.S.C.253 (1). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Office within 3 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability and qualifications of the firm to provide these services and or supplies. If no responses are received, the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System will proceed with this action.
