Description

REVISED RETURN PACKET REVISED SOLICITATION AMENDMENT No. 1 AMENDMENT #1 CORRECTS THE CLOSING DATE ON THE SOLICITATION AND RETURN PACKET. The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Lakeside Ranger District, has construction requirement for Fool Hollow Accessible Sites Improvements. All of this work is covered under the Davis-Bacon Act. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Quotation (RFQ) format. The estimated range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $14.0 Million under NAICS code 238990. The solicitation packages, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after June 20, 2014, and will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Contractors shall be registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov ) in order to remain in the competitive range. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. A Site Visit/Pre-Quote meeting will not be scheduled. Offerors are encouraged to visit the site to ascertain the level of difficulty that is appropriate for this project. The location of the project is contained in the Technical Specifications. The Closing Date and Time for responses to the RFQ shall be July 22, 2014, 4:30 pm local time (MST).
