Description

THIS IS A TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST (TOPR). THIS PROCUREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO THE MATOC VISN23 MN/ND CONTRACT HOLDERS Project Number: 656-13-241 Project Title: Replace Fire Alarm System Devices Project Location: Minneapolis VA Health Care System, Minneapolis, MN The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) on behalf of the Minneapolis Health Care System (VAHCS) intends to issue a Task Order Proposal Request (TOPR) for a single, firm fixed-price task order for completion of a general construction project titled " Realign Rahab Department and Construct Pain Clinic" at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System, Minneapolis, Minnesota. This project renovates existing clinic space to construct a new Pain, Physical and Occupational Therapy Clinic on the Minneapolis VAHCS campus in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Work includes demolition and new construction. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220. The small business size standard is $33.5 million. The estimated Magnitude of Construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The required period of performance is 365 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed to Construction. ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MATOC CONTRACTS APPLY TO THIS TASK ORDER. A pre-proposal conference and site visit shall be held on June 26, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. (CDT). Participants shall meet in Room BR-145, Building 70 (Main Hospital) Minneapolis VAMC. All requests for information (RFIs) shall be submitted not later than July 7, 2014 to the contracting officer via e-mail to Kathryn.Crowthers@va.gov.
