- TITLE: 1560; REGULATOR, FUEL TANK, AIRCRAFT; WSIC F PR: 0052921219: ISSUE DATE: 7JUL2014; CLOSING DATE: 8AUG2014 NSN: 1560-01-227-6612; PR: 0052921219; Item: Regulator, Fuel Tank, Aircraft; P/N: 2820088-101. The item intended source is Parker Hannifin Corporation (CAGE 92003). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to Parker Hannifin Corporation (CAGE 92003). Any manufacturer, other than the intended source wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 6 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control and Export Control. First Destination Transportation Program (FDT) applies. Contractor First Article applies. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: Tracy, CA 95376-5000. The First Article Testing Report and the Production delivery will be stated in the actual solicitation (RFP). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 7 July 2014 with a closing date of 8 August 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
