- This notice is for informational purposes only. This notice advises that the 766th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Hickam AFB, Oahu, Hawaii intends to award a sole source purchase order to GSL Solutions, Inc., Vancouver, WA for a purchase order under FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)- Soliciting Competition. This purchase to GLS Solutions, Inc., will be in the aggregate amount of $108,000.00 for a base period plus four one-year option periods. This is the purchase of Maintenance and Support of GSL IntelliSys Will Call Management Operation System. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached.
