- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to print and distribute to specified post locations a post guide and post map. The contractor shall print and distribute at a minimum 12,500 printed copies of the map, and 7,500 fliers which will include the web address for the online version of the post guide, as well as creating an online version that can be linked to the Fort Carson website, annually of the Civilian Enterprise (CE) post guide and a minimum of 25,000 copies annually of the separate maps (hereinafter referred to as quote mark Mountain Post Guide, quote mark quote mark Mountain Post Guide and Map quote mark or quote mark Mountain Post Map quote mark, depending on inclusive context) for Fort Carson, Colorado during the period of the contract. The U.S. Army will provide editorial oversight and Department of Army civilian employees as authorized. Each Mountain Post Guide shall contain a minimum of 52 pages of editorial text and a maximum of 60 pages of telephone directory, exclusive of advertising pages of the publisher, which shall not be integrated into the text portions of the guide, unless otherwise agreed to by the Fort Carson Public Affairs Office.
