- Location on LBL Map of area Scope of Work (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (3) To be eligible for award, the offeror must complete a valid registration at www.sam.gov. (4) The following provisions in their latest editions apply to the solicitation: FAR 52.203-15, Whistleblower Protection for Contractor Employee, FAR 52.204-7 Central Contract Registration, FAR 52.209-9000 Organizational and Consultant Conflicts of Interest, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Deviation), FAR 52.222-3 Convict Labor, FAR 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity, FAR 52.225-21, FAR 52.225-22, FAR 52.232-21 Prohibition of Segregated Facilities, FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration, FAR 52.233-3 Protest After Award, FAR 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference, FAR 52.252-6 Authorized Deviations in Clauses. Full text of these provisions and clauses may be obtained from the following internet website: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. (5) A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. (6) The period of performance is expected to be 08/15/2014 - 10/31/2014. (7) The NAICS code for this requirement is 113310, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is being offered as full and open. (8) Quotes are due on or before 1600 CST Monday, July 7, 2014. Late quotes/offers will not be considered. Quotes/offers received after date set for receipt of quotes will be rejected. Quotes/Offers must be valid for 60 days after due date. (9) Questions regarding this requirement shall be received no later than Monday, June 30, 2014, 1600 CST. Answers shall be provided no later than Tuesday, July 1, 2014, 1600 CST. (10) The Government will award, based on available funding, a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. (11) Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this site. Therefore, it is the Offeror's responsibility to visit this site frequently for updates on this procurement.
