- Wage Determination, Rev. 12, dated 19 June 2013 PWS, Absorbent Materials Diversion Service Absorbent Materials Diversion Service This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested for this solicitation. The solicitation number is FA6703-14-T-0004 and is being issued Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. The NAICS code for this requirement is 812332 with a Small Business Size of $35,500,000.00. This requirement is a total set-aside for small businesses. Dobbins Air Reserve Base (DARB) (Marietta, GA) is soliciting for contractors to provide Absorbent Materials Diversion Service. The contract contains one (1) contract line item number (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Pick-up Drum of Used Materials & replace with New. The contract performance period is one (1) basic year with four 12 month option periods. A Performance Work Statement dated, 24 March 2014, is included with this Request for Proposal. Work includes but is not limited to: Absorbent Materials Diversion Services. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 (Dev), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 23 June 2014 with a closing date of 23 July 2014, 4:00 P.M. E.S.T. All responsible parties may submit an electronic proposal via e-mail which shall be considered by the agency.
