- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is a Multi-National Stock Number (NSN) Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4-1 year option years. The part being procured is Seal, Inflatable Wing Fairing under part number WPE261-0118-009 for NSN 1560-01-495-1643, for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 4 each. The required delivery schedule with is 384 days. Part number WPE261-0118-010 for NSN 1560-01-495-1646, for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 21 each. The required delivery schedule with is 416 days. Part number WPE261-0118-011 for NSN 1560-01-495-3298, for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 18 each. The required delivery schedule with is 275 days. Part number WPE261-0118-012 for NSN 1560-01-495-4097, for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 36 each. The required delivery schedule with is 377 days. Part number WPE261-0118-013 for NSN 1560-01-495-4099, for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 18 each. Part number WPE261-0118-014 for NSN 1560-01-495-4102, for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 18 each. The approved source of supply is Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, CAGE: K6134. The required delivery schedule with is 226 days. Configuration Control Applies. FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 28 July 2014.
