- This solicitation will contain one NSN (3120‐01‐332‐3368) for a Bearing, Plain, and Rod. This solicitation is an indefinite delivery purchases order under commercial procedures I/A/W FAR 13.5. Manufacturer sources: RBC Transport Dynamics s (Cage 09455) P/N C20308-6; New Hampshire Ball Bearing (Cage 15860) P/N C20308-6; Aurora Bearings Company (Cage 56644) P/N C20308-6; Roller Bearing company of America (Cage 73134) P/N C20308-6; RBC Southwest Products (Cage 81376) P/N C20308-6; Dover Engineered Systems (97613) P/N C20308-6. This item is being procured as Unrestricted. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This includes First Article Testing (Government), Configuration Control, Critical Application, Export Control. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 447 each. The IDPO will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 112 (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 112 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 224 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The closing date of July 2, 2014 anticipated award date is July 31, 2014. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
