- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice, and no other solicitation will be issued. Solicitation Number M6890914Q7656 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is unrestricted. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-74 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Change Notice 30 May 2014. NAICS Code 811212 applies. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to procure Brand Name or equal on following Niksun support services: Line Item 0001. Product Number: 5508L-ENT; Product Description: nGenius Performance Manager Server (Linux); Serial Number: 8GWTBQ1; Qty.: 1 each (365 days, performance period from 08/18/2014 to 08/17/2015). Line Item 0002. Product Number: 6910/LS; Product Description: nGenius InfiniStream, 4-Port Gigabit Configur; Serial Number: NSO100398009; Qty.: 1 each (365 days, performance period from 08/18/2014 to 08/17/2015). Line Item 0003. Product Number: 6910/LS; Product Description: nGenius InfiniStream,4-Port Gigabit Configur; Serial Number: NSO100398025; Qty.: 1 each (365 days, performance period from 08/18/2014 to 08/17/2015). Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Bldg. 31345, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055-5171. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination. The government will award a contract resulting from most advantageous to the Government, price and other facors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item offered to mee the Government requirement, (ii) price, and (iii) past performance. The following FAR and DFARS provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.204-7 Alt I; 52.211-6; 52.212-1; 52.212-4; 52.212-2; 52.252-2, and 52.212-5 subparagraphs (a) 52.222-50, 52.233-3, 52.233-4 and (b) 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222.21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.223-18, 52.232-3.
