- The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Northwest Regional Office is seeking interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses for the following project: A.Remove existing steel liner and re-line approximately 1,200 feet of 74-inch irrigation pipe at the BIA, NWRO Fort Hall Irrigation project in Fort Hall, ID. B.The solicitation will consist of three bid items, as follows: 1.Initial/base bid - 800 feet of work up to an existing railroad right of way. This will be a lump sum bid including all 800 feet. 2.Optional Item #1, approximately 200 feet under a railroad right of way. This optional item will include approximately 100 feet of reinforced work to support railroad tracks. The bid for Item 1 must be accepted before this optional item is considered. 3.Optional Item #2, for work extending the work completed in Option #1. If awarded, this option will be awarded in 20 foot increments. The extent of award of this optional work will depend on the bids received for items 1 and 2 and will be increased to utilize the available funding after the bids for items 1 and 2 have been accepted. If Option item #1 is not awarded, Option item #2 will not be awarded. C.The estimated value of this project is between $1 Million and $5 million. The NAICS code for this project is 237110.
