- AMERICAN FLAT MILL VIRTUAL PHOTO TOUR - CARSON CITY, NV The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requires services for a high-definition, photographic, virtual walking tour of the United Comstock Merger Mill at American Flat, also known as the American Flat Mill site (AFM). The Contractor is expected to furnish all needed equipment, personnel, expertise, and transportation to photograph the structures and surrounding landscape at the AFM, and to deliver a final product that includes sufficient photography to allow a viewer to move virtually throughout the site. Field work portion of the project needs to be completed by September 30, 2014. See attached Statement of Work for complete Specifications. Service Contract Act is applicable and the wage determination is attached. NAICS: 541922 Size Standard: $7.0M, 100% Set-Aside for Small Business under the 541922 NAICS code. The Government contemplates award of a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.
