Description

This acquisition will cover the purchase of 6 desktop computers, 6 - 19" monitors, 1 network printer, 1 scanner, and onsite installation of all components for the CWT Program. The computers will be installed by the contractor in the CWT Computer Lab. located in the CRRC at 1530 Gravier Street, New Orleans, LA. Computers and peripherals will not be connected to the VA Network. Warranty and maintenance includes the initial warranty and maintenance support. Also included will be an extended warranty and maintenance support for 2 additional years. The contractor will pre-install some software on the desktop computers and install some government purchased software during installation as indicated below: Operating System - Windows 7 - pre-installed Monitoring and Content Control Software - VA purchased, contractor will install during set up Adobe Acrobat full latest version - pre-installed CD/DVD burning software - VA purchased, contractor will install during set up Typing software - VA purchased, contractor will install during set up Microsoft Office - latest version- pre-installed File conversion software - VA purchased, contractor will install during set up Virus Protection software (virus, malware, spyware) - VA purchased, contractor will install during set up Hardware requirements Desktop Computer - 6 each Desktop Printer - 1 each Monitors 19" - 6 each Scanner - 1 each Warranty/Maintenance support services to include the following (but not limited): "Troubleshooting "Repairs "Password reset "Spyware virus removal "Malware virus removal "Connection and setting diagnosis "Removal of unwanted programs "Software upgrade as required
