- This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ), No. DTFH7014Q00040, being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Acquisitions Department for a Building Security System Update located at 610 E Fifth Street, Vancouver WA 98661 This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-75. This solicitation is a Small Business SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 with an industry size standard of $19.0 million. A responsible quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
