Description

The Little Rock District Corps of Engineers intends to issue Solicitation W9127S-14-B-0008 for a firm- fixed price, performance-based construction contract, for IDIQ Paving, for the Beaver Lake Project Office (including Washington, Carroll & Benton Counties, Arkansas). The work under this contract consists of pavement repairing, applying asphalt concrete overlay, single bituminous surface treatment, scarifying, shaping and compacting existing base course, pavement marking, scarifying shaping, and compacting existing bituminous surface treatment, placing and compacting aggregate base course shoulders, removing existing asphaltic concrete pavement and placing stone. This solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside via the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI), on or about July 10, 2014. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310; the applicable Small Business Size Standard is $33.5 Million. System for Award Management (SAM) and Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA), as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a bidder ineligible for award.
