This is not a request for proposal or quote announcement. This is a sources sought notice only, do not submit pricing. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future and potential solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS code 334516 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Consistent with the VA's Veterans First Contracting Program, VA is particularly interested in identifying Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and/or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses with the capability to perform. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources capable of providing VersaTREK PC Replacement and Installment brand name or equal to TREK Diagnostic Systems Inc - VersaTREK Model 240. Manufacturer - TREK Diagnostic System Item - VersaTREK PC Part Number - Y61231 Quantity - 1 EA Manufacturer - TREK Diagnostic System Item - Windows 7 Compatible Touchscreen Monitor Part Number - SW1302 Quantity - 1 EA Delivery and Installation - 1 JB Big Spring VA Medical Center, Pathology and Laboratory Service, requires a onetime purchase for one (1) VersaTREK replacement PC and Windows touchscreen monitor required as well as service engineer installation. The system must be able to analyze the VersaTREK Blood Culture results and data from the analyzer. All interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below.
