Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), national contract for Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) voice and data services across the VA Enterprise. The ordering period for the contract shall be five years. The proposed solicitation will be issued using full and open competition under solicitation number VA118-14-R-0349. The proposed action is for telecommunications and data services known as LEC services. The Contractors shall be required to provide all labor, management, tools, material, and equipment to perform all requirements of individual Task Order's (TO). Specific requirements and location of services will be defined in the individual TO's to be awarded under the multiple award IDIQ contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 519190. The estimated date of award for this action is October 10, 2014. This is a notice of intent, not a request for proposals.
