- Notice of Proposed Contract Actions IAW FAR 15, RFP VA259-14-R-0338 The VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS), Denver, CO and VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Center will be Setting Aside for SDVOSB Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for Radiopharmaceutical Supplies/Services. The proposed contract will be issued for commercial firm fixed price contract types. The period of performance for this contract will be one year, with four additional, one-year option periods from date of award, which is estimated for October 1, 2014. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on best value to include a technical evaluation. Request for Proposal VA259-14-R-0338 will be available for download on or about June 26, 2014. No telephone responses for this solicitation will be allowed. Offers are to be received at the Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 19, 4100 E. Mississippi Ave., Suite 900, Glendale, CO 80246, no later than July 25, 2014, 4:00 PM Mountain Time. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 424210. Additional Requirements: Contractor shall meet the requirements of the Statement of Work and provide current Nuclear Regulatory Commission licenses and proof of insurance.
