Description

Dual Wave-Scan Orange Peel/DOI Measurement Instrument Solicitation N00421-14-T-0386 is issued as a Sole Source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with BYK Gardner, USA for Wave-Scan Dual, Orange Peel \ DOI Measurement Instruments, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. BYK is the only known source who is authorized to provide training on the instrument and software which is an essential requirement for this procurement. Procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Accepting proposals for Exact Match Only (MFR/Part Number, Model Number, etc...), ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. See Attached RFQ for Statement of Work. Solicitation will close on 01 July 2014 at 0900 EST.
