- This combined synopsis/solicitation VA256-14-Q-1090 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation is attached. A quotation in response to this notice must be received not later than 10:00 a.m. CDT, July 1, 2014. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED; offers from all size businesses will be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing; Federal Supply Code (FSC) 6540. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order. Offerors shall submit quotes on Solicitation VA256-14-Q-1090, which accompanies this notice.
