- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50, effective 16 March 2011. Not a set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 423450. Solicitation number W9114F-14-T-0034 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The purpose of amendment 0001 is to A)publish the questions and answers and to B)revise provision 52.212-3 (Nov 2013) with 52.212-3 Alt I (May 2014). The purpose of amendment 0002 is to A) add a line item for shipping (see CLIN_Structure_0002.doc). B) add FAR provision 52.225-17. C) extend the RFQ end date/time to 27 Jun 2014, 4:00 PM Central Europe Time (CET).
