- SOLICITATION This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to solicit, negotiate, and enter into a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Supply Contract IAW FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the following procurement: 1 Lot of: AT-671 5 day course at Crane AT-638 Projectile Tracing Tool-1st AT-639 Analysis BOT-1st AT-629 Aero Manager-1st AT-634 Cartridge Case Analysis System-1st AT-636 3D Visualization with Scene Generator-1st AT-616 Additional Library Rounds AT-612 Terminal Effects-1st AT-611 Interior Ballistics-1st AT-610 PRODAS V3 Main Analysis Package-1st AT-1000 Predicted Travel and Living FOB Destination SOLE SOURCE- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Arrow Tech Associates Inc., 1233 Shelburne Rd Ste D7, South Burlington, VT. 05403-7753 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Arrow Tech Associates, Inc. hold all the proprietary and Level III drawings that are required to manufacture these items as well as provide the necessary training as they developed these items.. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-14-T-0212; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted FedBizOpps.. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
