- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-14-T-0112 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after June 27, 2014. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-31 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 325998. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. ITEM NO 0001/1001/2001/3001/4001: Boiler Water Treatment Chemical ITEM NO 0002/1002/2002/3002/4002: Oxygen Scavenger ITEM NO 0003/1003/2003/3003/4003: Condensate Corrosion Inhibitor ITEM NO 0004/1004/2004/3004/4004: Boiler Water Treatment Services ITEM NO 0005/1005/2005/3005/4005: Boiler Water Treatment Services The Government may make a single award to a responsible Offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a Lowest Price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-14-T-0112. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers must be received no later than 10:00AM, Japan Standard Time (JST) on the solicitation closing date.
