- The United States Probation Office for the District of Utah will soon begin the solicitation process for the 2015 fiscal year, service start date 10/01/2014. As a result of this process we intend to award Blanket Purchase Agreements for UA Collection and Sex Offender Treatment, for the following areas in Utah: Sex Offender Treatment: Northern Utah, Salt Lake County, Utah County, St. George, Eastern Utah; UA Collection Services: Northern Utah, Salt Lake County, Utah County, St. George. The Request For Proposal (RFP) has been issued by the Administrative Office in Washington D.C., and will be posted to the U.S. District Court website very soon, (7/1/14 or 7/2/14). If you are interested in submitting a proposal in either of these two areas, please review the requirements of the RFP, and plan on attending the Vendor Information Session on July 22nd, 2014, at the new Federal Courthouse, 351 South West Temple St., Suite 2.402. The session will begin at 11:30, and will run approximately one hour, ending with a Q & A session. As all proposals will be due by 4:30 PM on 7/30/14, please come prepared with any questions you have about filling out your proposals. If you are unable to attend this Information Session, we will send out a meeting recap shortly after the meeting. Thank you for your interest in providing these services. We look forward to reviewing your proposals, and meeting you on 7/22/14. 　 **Please note - this RFP will only be for UA Collection and Sex Offender Treatment.
